Booking & Enrollment Policy
Thank you for choosing Queens Decor Academy. By purchasing a membership, self-paced course, or live training, you agree to the following policies.
Academy Membership Policy
Queens Circle Membership Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
Your membership grants access to all content included in your current membership plan.
New learning modules, resources, and member benefits are released according to the Academy schedule.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle and you will automatically be remove from the community group.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed.
Failure to access course materials does not qualify for a refund.
Self-Paced Courses
Course Access
Self-paced courses are available immediately after purchase.
Students may begin training at any time and complete lessons at their own pace.
Refund Policy

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after course access has been granted.
Course Access
Course materials are intended for the registered student only and may not be shared, copied, downloaded for redistribution, or resold.
Live Virtual Training
Registration
Full payment is required to reserve your seat.
Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Rescheduling
Students may request one reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Requests received within 72 hours of class are considered late cancellations.
No Shows
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the class and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Live training registrations are non-refundable.
If Queens Decor Academy must cancel a class, students may choose to:
Transfer to another available class, or
Receive a full refund.
In-Person Training
Registration
Full payment is required to secure your seat.
Arrival
Students are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Late Arrival
Students arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be admitted, as late arrivals disrupt the learning experience.
Supplies
Unless otherwise noted, all class materials are provided and balloon supplies are included.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to class availability.
Refund Policy
All in-person training registrations are non-refundable.
One-on-One Coaching & Consultations
Booking
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be considered completed.
Intellectual Property Policy
All course materials, videos, manuals, templates, worksheets, presentations, pricing guides, and downloadable resources are the exclusive property of Queens Decor Academy.
Recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or sharing any Academy content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
Queens Decor Academy is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and professional learning environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove a student, suspend membership access, or terminate enrollment without refund for behavior including but not limited to:
Harassment or abusive conduct
Disruptive behavior
Sharing copyrighted course materials
Unauthorized recording or distribution of content
Conduct that negatively impacts the learning experience of other students
